MDI Tokyo Dormitory Guide (April 2025)
MDI Tokyo Japanese Language School offers clean and secure student dormitory while keeping costs down.

• Including Public utility charges (Electricity, Waterway, Gas, Internet).
• Pick-up (weekdays ¥10,000/person, weekends and holidays ¥15,000/person). 11,000 yen for a blanket set and 1,000 yen for a seal. Fee will be charged separately only for those who wish.
• If you wish to pick up, please contact us at least 10 days before the date of entry. If you do not contact us at least 10 days, we will not be able to pick you up.
• Rent is calculated for one month from the move-in date to the end of the month. Example: Entered the country on March 15th and after the 15th 1 month until the 30th.
• Sharing: Shower, washing machine, microwave oven, etc.
• It is not possible to change dorm rooms. Depending on the size of the room, it can be allocated from 4 to 6 people.
• The contract period of the dormitory is 6 months.
• The room renewal period is 3 months. It is not possible to leave the room before 3 months have passed since the renewal.
• The room will be designated by the school and will be announced when you move in.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot provide refunds under any personal reasons.
