4. About refund rules

  1. If the status of residence certification has been issued, but does not come to Japan without applying for a visa.
    We will refund all payments except for the selection fee and entrance fee. However, the refund is to return the admission permit and the residence certification certificate.
  2. If you applied for a visa at an abroad, but you could not come to Japan because it was not allowed.
    We will refund all payments except for the selection fee and entrance fee. However, the refund is to return the admission permit and submit a certificate of a visa that has been issued at the overseas public building.
  3. I got a visa, but if I declined admission before coming to Japan.

  5. In the following cases, refund of the tuition is not possible.

5. About the submitted documents
